Returns Policy

At Oleris, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with care and attention to detail. We hope you’ll love your jewelry as much as we loved creating it.
If, however, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To start a return, please email us at olerisjewelry@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and a photo of the item. We will provide you with the return instructions.

  • Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • We do not charge a restocking fee.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please note: International returns may incur customs duties or additional fees, which are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged item or notice a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately at olerisjewelry@gmail.com.
Please include your order number and photos of the defect so we can assist you promptly.


Important Notes

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to avoid lost parcels.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage (not caused during shipping), or missing original packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable unless they are damaged or faulty upon arrival.

  • Please keep proof of postage for your return shipment.
